Important Order and Shipping Info
Booking Information
- Please book the garment for the date you will be wearing it.
- Orders are sent out 5 to 7 full business days before the booking date if placed early enough.
- For example, residential postal orders booked for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched on the preceding Monday.
Shipping and Delivery
- We courier all orders through NZ Post.
- "Courier" items are targeted for next-day delivery after shipment.
- Please note that this is a target only; orders may take a few days to arrive, especially if there are delays.
- We recommend placing orders 5 to 7 days in advance.
- Once orders are with the courier, postage is out of our control, and you accept that risk prior to ordering.
- Postal orders are considered fulfilled/delivered if they arrive on the booked date.
- If you need the garment by a specific time, please let us know.
- An extension must be organized if you need the garment days before wearing it or cannot meet our return obligations.
- We recommend sending orders to a residential address to minimize delays (we are considering only having the residential option, as rural delivery takes longer and is more risky).

Garment Care
Please note, garments are likely to wrinkle during transit and will require steaming upon receipt to restore their appearance.
- To refresh your garment and minimise wrinkles, we recommend using a hand-held steamer or an iron on a low setting. Please be careful of water spitting and do not to let any part of the iron or steamer touch the fabric directly, as this may cause damage.
- Hanging the garment in a steamy bathroom with a hot shower running will allow the steam to naturally relax the wrinkles.
Returns
- All orders must be returned the next business day after the booked date.
- Late and rehire fees apply if garments are not returned on time ($25.00/day up to 2 days, then rehire costs will be charged).
Damage Policy
- If garments are damaged beyond repair, you will be required to pay 100-150% of the listed retail price.
Legal Agreement
- Our rental agreement and terms and conditions are legally binding upon the purchase hire of any of our garments.

We take pride in being transparent about the availability and condition of our garments for hire. Accurately representing each item is essential to our business, and our hire prices reflect the quality and condition of our dresses.
Every garment is thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to each order to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you notice a fault upon receiving your order that wasn't advertised, please contact us immediately with photos so we can address the issue. We will carefully assess the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the garment based on its advertised description, we expect it to be returned the morning after delivery for us to consider further action.
