Pick up & Drop Offs

Please drop off your garments using the secure drop box, as outlined in the email instructions. If you haven't received the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure the drop box is closed properly after use.

If the drop box is unavailable, wet, or damaged, please hang the garment on the main door, behind the fly screen.

Garments can be picked up from the same drop box, following the details provided in your pick-up confirmation email.

Please note: If a garment is returned damaged or requires cleaning, additional charges may apply.

For peace of mind, this area is monitored by security cameras.
