did not come in time despite order was made months in advanced

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your order. I’d like to clarify a few points to ensure everything is accurate.
Firstly, the order was actually placed within less than two weeks of the booking date, not 'months' before as mentioned. Additionally, there was an error with the shipping option selected. Specifically, the residential shipping option was chosen for a rural address. Selecting between the residential and rural shipping option helps us determine an appropriate time frame for sending out the order. In your case, you selecting the incorrect option, meant less time was allowed for delivery. We also noticed that you arranged a postal redirection to assist with the delivery, which unfortunately only further extended the delay. If a redirection had not been arranged, your order would have arrived on time, as it was already out for delivery with the courier.
We strive to ensure that all orders arrive in a timely manner, but this is only possible when we receive the correct information and the correct shipping options are selected.
